Our household is dynamic, to put it favorably. George watches Fox News because he's from a Communist country; for every 2 hours of Fox I make him watch 1 hour of CNN. I don't always disagree with Fox, I like to see criminals held accountable and wasteful spending reduced. However, what I cannot take is them blaming Democrat "rhetoric" for this shooting when their leader just called the left vermin, immigrants poison, and the press the "Enemy of the People". Never mind Trump actually posting a picture of Joe Biden hogtied in the back of a pickup truck. So yes, the struggle is real, and it is ongoing.
Yeah he's not completely, I mean he was appalled after what he pulled on Jan 6. But whenever you say anything negative about Trump, he starts defending him...
My friend Ludsin in the Hamptons had this to say: "Here’s a bit of secret sauce that might help to stay calm in these political squalls: Your column is terrific. I use a 5-minute limit on political conversations with a friend who became a Trumper. It works."

I'm actually surprised he's watching Fox News. So he's a Trumper, eh?? I wish everyone would stop blaming and start actual debating. It used to work.

It’s possible to love your friends, keep your peace, and enjoy a life that’s a bit less noisy and a lot more humane. BRAVO!
Another wonderfully witty and humorous observation of daily life in this crazy world! Love it!!!
Love that you love it!! Makes me feel like I've just gotten a nice warm hug! Thank you.
